The bootcamp also provides practical, step-by-step training on buyer, seller, tenant, and landlord representation—from pre-qualifying clients and conducting presentations to preparing offers, negotiating, marketing listings, screening tenants, and managing transactions from A to Z. The program concludes with a full walkthrough of Florida’s AS IS Residential Contract and key addenda, giving new agents a clear roadmap to operate like professionals from day one.
