Welcome to PROPEL Real Estate School ("PROPEL," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using propelres.com or any related sub‑domains (collectively, the "Site"), registering for a course, or attending our classes (in‑person or via livestream), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable Florida Statutes Title XXXII, Chapter 475 and Florida Administrative Code 61J2 rules.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to contract. Enrollment in pre‑license courses additionally requires a U.S. Social Security number per Fla. Stat. § 475.175.
Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing login access or livestream links is prohibited and may result in dismissal without refund.
Academic Integrity. Cheating, plagiarism, or unauthorized collaboration on exams violates Fla. Admin. Code 61J2‑3.009 and will void course credit.
Intellectual Property. All content is © 2025 PROPEL Real Estate School unless otherwise noted. No recording or redistribution is permitted without written consent.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PROPEL shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or courses.
Governing Law & Venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Exclusive venue lies in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
