  • Personal Identifiers: name, address, email, phone, Social Security number (required by Fla. Stat. § 475.175), date of birth.

  • Educational Records: attendance logs, exam scores, certificates.

  • Payment Data: last four digits of credit card; full payment is processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

  • Usage Data: IP address, device type, pages visited, via cookies and analytics tools.

2.3 Your Rights

2.4 Data Retention & Security

Student records are retained for 5 years per 61J2‑17.015. We use SSL encryption, role‑based access controls, and annual penetration testing.
