Cancellation Policy: Students may cancel in writing within three (3) business days of payment and no less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled course start date and time to receive a 100% refund, minus any processing fees charged by third-party technology service providers in connection with this website.

Transfers: After the cancellation window and up to one business day before the scheduled start date of a class, tuition may be transferred once to the next available session of the same course.

No‑Show / Mid‑Course Withdrawal: No refunds will be issued once a course has begun except for documented medical emergencies.

Course Cancellation by PROPEL: If we cancel a course, students may choose a full refund or a transfer to the next scheduled course of the same type.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
