Our Courses

    63hr Pre-Licensing Course

    The 63-hour Pre-Licensing Course is the required first step to becoming a licensed real estate sales associate in Florida.

    45hr Post-Licensing Course

    The 45-hour Post-Licensing Course is a required follow-up for Florida real estate sales associates, to be completed within 18 to 24 months after their initial licensure and prior to their first renewal.

    14hr Continuing Education Course

    The 14-hour Continuing Education Course is required every two years for Florida real estate sales associates and brokers, after their first license renewal.

    As a proud South Florida resident for over 25 years, Edgar brings a deep understanding of the local market and a strong connection to the community he serves. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, his unwavering commitment to excellence has been a constant throughout his life. After his service, Edgar earned a degree in business administration and went on to thrive as a quality control analyst in global logistics before finding his true calling in real estate.

    Edgar’s leadership skills quickly set him apart. He has successfully managed two branch offices, leading both to become top-producing branches within his brokerage—an achievement that speaks to his ability to motivate teams, drive results, and elevate performance.

    However, Edgar’s true passion lies in education. As a licensed real estate instructor, he is dedicated to teaching and empowering the next generation of real estate professionals. He brings real-world insight and experience to the virtual classroom, along with nationally recognized credentials such as Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR).
